Account Security, Data and Your Rights

Every part of how we operate your account — from data storage to access controls — is shaped by these terms.

Data Handling

We collect only the data needed to operate your account: name, contact details, and transaction history. That data is stored on encrypted servers and never sold to third parties. You may request a copy at any time by writing to us at [email protected].

Cookie Policy

We use session cookies to keep you signed in and analytics cookies to understand how sections of the lobby are used. You can adjust cookie settings from the footer of any page; opting out of analytics cookies does not affect account function.

Account Security

Your account is protected by password hashing and two-factor authentication options. We will never ask for your password by email or chat. If you suspect unauthorised access, lock your account immediately from the security tab in settings.

Data Retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active and for a period after closure as required by applicable law. Once the retention window passes, personal data is deleted or anonymised. You may request early deletion if your account is closed.

Right to Request Changes

Under applicable Indian data-protection rules, you may ask us to correct inaccurate data, restrict how we process it, or delete it entirely. Send your request to [email protected] with your account ID and we will respond within seven working days.

Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with a decision we have made about your account or a transaction, raise a formal dispute through our Help Centre. We will acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to resolve within 10 working days, keeping you updated at each stage.

These terms take effect the moment you complete account registration and accept them at sign-up. They continue to apply for as long as your account remains open, including during any suspension or review period we initiate.

We will email you at the address on your account and post the updated version on this page with a change date. If you continue using the platform after that date, you are considered to have accepted the new version.

Generally yes, unless the dispute involves a suspected security breach or a compliance hold that requires us to restrict access. We will tell you by email if any restriction is applied and explain what you need to do to lift it.

Yes. All wallet activity — including deposits made through UPI, Paytm, and PhonePe — falls within the Payments clause of these terms. The same rules around transaction limits, reversals, and verification apply regardless of the payment rail you choose.

We may close an account for breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or if continued operation would breach applicable local law. We will notify you by email before closure except where immediate action is required for security.
