All account data — including your UPI handle and identity documents — is encrypted using AES-256 at rest. Data moving between your device and our servers travels over TLS 1.3 so it cannot be intercepted in transit.

Cookie Controls You Set

When you first visit betoffice.buzz, a cookie consent banner lets you accept only the cookies necessary for the site to function. You can change your cookie preferences at any time from the footer link on any page.

Account Security Alerts

Any login from an unrecognised device triggers an automatic email alert to your registered address. If you did not attempt the login, a single click locks your account while you contact our support team via live chat.

Data Retention Periods

We keep active account data for as long as your account remains open. If you close your account, transactional records are retained for the period required by applicable financial regulation, then permanently deleted.

Your Right to Access and Correct
